⚠️ Important Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before creating your project:

Lock Period: Your savings will be locked for exactly 3 years (36 months) from the date of first contribution.
Interest Rate: You will earn 20% interest on your total contributions, paid at maturity (after 3 years).
Early Withdrawal: If you withdraw before 3 years (except for emergencies):
- You will forfeit ALL interest (0% interest)
- A 30% penalty will be deducted from your total contributions
- You will only receive 70% of what you contributed
Emergency Withdrawals: Only allowed with valid proof (medical bills, death certificate, eviction notice, etc.). Subject to admin approval.
Imminent Attention Projects: Can be withdrawn anytime without penalties, but earn NO interest.
Monthly Contributions: You commit to contributing the specified amount monthly. Missed payments may affect interest calculation.
Maturity Date: Your project matures exactly 3 years from first contribution. You'll be notified 30 days before maturity.
Non-Transferable: This project cannot be transferred to another person or account.
KYC Required: You must have completed KYC verification to create Future Projects.

If you save ₵1,000/month for 36 months:
• Total Saved: ₵36,000
• Interest (20%): ₵7,200
• Final Amount: ₵43,200

If you withdraw after 18 months (early):
• Total Saved: ₵18,000
• Penalty (30%): -₵5,400
• Interest: ₵0
• You Receive: ₵12,600 (You lose ₵5,400!)
